Dr. "M" is committed to the highest level of Health Care and Prevention for all ages and conditions. She integrates current health sciences with traditional and alternative therapies. She concentrates on whole-patient wellness, and strives to remove the underlying cause of a patient’s condition rather than to simply eliminate or suppress symptoms. Thus, she personalizes diagnosis and treatment to the patient’s needs, taking into account individual physical, mental, hereditary susceptibility, environmental, social and other factors.

As a Naturopathic physician, Dr. Mazure-Mitchell is a primary care and specialty doctor. She performs physical exams (check-ups, annuals, well-child, sports), laboratory testing, nutritional assessments and other specialized diagnostic tests. She refers patients to and coordinates care with medical doctors as appropriate.

Dr. Mazure-Mitchell, ND graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle, a nationally accredited naturopathic medical school, and is state-licensed as a primary care physician by the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Examiners. She also has a BS and MS in Community Health Education from the U of O. She is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. In addition to many years of public involvement, Dr. M instructs the Phlebotomy Technician Training Program at LCC.
