GrandMaster Chen Gui Zhen has been teaching and performing Tui Shou (Push Hands) for more than 30 years in China. Her proficiency in the Art as well as her attention to details and the subtleties of the teaching process makes learning from her a joy as well as a fulfilling experience. Her Push Hands weekend seminars and workshops are designed to bring the clarity of the Art of Taiji into the experience of her instruction. Empowerment, confidence, balance and fitness are the qualities that proficiency in push hands brings.
Our seminars will be announced on this page as well as at RMA Martial Arts and Fitness. We will be encouraging other schools in the area to attend these workshops and seminars to experience the benefits and power of being personally trained by a GrandMaster of renown. We will have seminars for advanced students and instructors of martial arts. We will hold workshops for beginners and new students to martial arts. Please sign up for the instruction that is best suited for your experience level. Everyone will learn the dynamics of working with your Dan Tien and breathing to move your Qi. Come meet GrandMaster Chen at Taiji in the Park on Saturday Mornings in Washington Park 9 to 10 AM. We look forward to helping you with your physical and spiritual evolution.
